Cancellation Policy
To provide quality service and availability to all our customers, we follow the cancellation and refund policy below for cancelling a scheduled trip. If a cancellation occurs outside these parameters, the full amount will be charged. Point to Point Reservations: requires 24-hour notice prior to scheduled trip Hourly Charters: requires a 48-hour notice prior to scheduled trip No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled point to point trip or 48 hours for hourly charters. We try our best to accommodate each trip but in the case J&S Luxury Limo, LLC or its affiliates is not able to complete a scheduled trip for a client any amount paid by the client will be fully refunded.
