Welcome to J&S Luxury Limo, LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our limousine and chauffeur services. By booking a service, visiting our website, or otherwise engaging with J&S Luxury Limo, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

J&S Luxury Limo, LLC provides professional luxury transportation services, including but not limited to airport transfers, weddings, proms, corporate events, and private charters.

All services are subject to availability and are provided as per the agreed reservation and schedule.

2. Reservations & Payment

Reservations must be made in advance through our website, phone, or authorized booking channels.
A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings.
We accept payments via major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
A deposit may be required at the time of booking, and full payment is typically due prior to the start of service unless otherwise agreed.
Pricing may vary based on time, location, vehicle type, and special requests.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Standard Reservations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the quoted fare.
No Shows: Clients who fail to appear at the designated pickup location without prior notice will be charged in full.
Hourly Charters: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

Certain services (e.g., special events or hourly charters) may have different cancellation policies, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.

4. Client Responsibilities

By booking with us, you agree to:

Be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
Treat our drivers and vehicles with respect.
Abide by all applicable laws during the ride (e.g., no smoking, no illegal substances, no underage drinking).
Be financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during your service.

5. Company Rights

We reserve the right to:

Refuse service to any individual or party who behaves inappropriately or violates these Terms.
Cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle breakdowns, hazardous conditions, or driver safety concerns (full refunds will be issued in such cases).
Substitute vehicle types in the event of mechanical issues or scheduling conflicts.

6. Limitation of Liability

J&S Luxury Limo, LLC is not liable for:

Delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or acts of God.
Loss or damage of personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Missed flights, events, or reservations due to circumstances beyond our control.

In all cases, our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. All personal information collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as required to provide the services or by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Cook County and Illinois.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
